How fast do you ship?
We ship within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
How long does delivery take?
- Germany: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- Worldwide: 3–15 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide (excluding Russia). We dispatch with DHL; in many countries, local postal partners handle the final delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every shipment includes a tracking link.
What if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?

Are Blackskies caps “one size fits all”?
Not always. Many adult caps fit approximately 55–60 cm, but we also offer other sizes — especially for kids. Please check the size chart above and on the product page before ordering.
Care & Materials
How do I care for my caps?
- Do not machine wash
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron
- Spot clean only with a soft cloth, lukewarm water and mild soap
- Avoid soaking the cap in water
- Air dry naturally — do not use heat
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent color fading
Where can I find item-specific care instructions?
Care information is included on product pages and/or inside the item (tags or inserts), depending on the product.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns, the customer covers the return shipping costs. In case of a wrong item, damage, or a verified issue caused by us, we’ll take care of it.
Can I return worn or washed items?
No. Unfortunately, worn, washed, or damaged items (not caused by shipping/production issues) are not eligible for return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are possible (e.g., size changes). Please contact support and we’ll guide you through the process.
