Start with who will wear it and when. Baseball caps and unstructured dad caps offer a relaxed everyday look. Trucker caps combine a prominent front with mesh back panels, while snapbacks suit a more structured streetwear style. Bucket hats and 5-panel caps offer different silhouettes. From your logo to a finished cap
Send us your logo, preferred colours, approximate quantity and intended use. We discuss shape, material, closure and the placement of embroidery or applications together. Small lettering and detailed artwork may need adapting for the selected finish. You receive an individual quote, then we develop the commissioned design and agree the sample before production.

What to include in your enquiry
Your company or club name, logo, quantity per design, preferred cap shape and any fixed event date. If you are still deciding, tell us what the caps are for. Orders start at 100 pieces per design, with 50 pieces considered on request. Larger quantities are quoted individually.

What is the minimum quantity?
Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per design. We review requests for 50 pieces individually. The same minimum applies to unchanged repeat orders.
How long does production take?
Allow approximately 1–2 weeks for design and 6–7 weeks for production. Rail transport takes another 6–7 weeks; air freight takes about 2 weeks. Samples, approvals and capacity can affect the schedule. Your specific delivery date will be confirmed in the quote.
Can we see a sample?
Yes. You can approve your sample using photos and videos. A physical sample is also available on request. Details are included in your individual quote.
Where is Blackskies branding visible?
As standard, your design includes discreet Blackskies co-branding. Exterior Blackskies branding can be omitted on request. Inner tapes and the material label retain Blackskies branding.
Can we order embroidered caps with our own logo?
Yes. Embroidery and different applications, including rubber patches, can be part of your custom design. The suitable method depends on the artwork, fabric and cap construction. We confirm the execution and any design-specific setup costs in your individual quote.
Can we combine different designs to reach the minimum?
The minimum quantity applies per design. If you need different logos, colour combinations or shapes, include the quantities for each version in your enquiry so we can confirm what is feasible. Repeat orders have the same minimum quantities; existing tooling can be reused where applicable.
Are custom caps suitable for a company or club event?
Yes. Company runs, team outings, club anniversaries, tournaments and member collections are all possible uses. Please share your deadline early. Production takes around six weeks, plus design development and transport; we confirm a realistic schedule for your project before ordering.
