A. Instructions for Cancellation
Consumers (individuals acting outside their trade, business, or profession) have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
Cancellation Period: The period lasts 30 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (not the carrier), receives the goods.

Refunds: We will refund all payments (including standard shipping costs) within 30 days of your cancellation notice. We may reduce the refund if the goods are used beyond necessary handling. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of return is provided.

Return Shipping Options
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
🇩🇪 Customers in Germany: We offer a subsidized DHL return label for a flat fee of €4.00, which will be deducted from your refund. To use this service, visit our 👉 return portal
🌍 International customers: Please use a trackable shipping method of your choice. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Liability: You’re only responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what's necessary to determine the nature and function of the goods.
Related Financial Transactions: If the purchase is financed via a loan and both contracts form an economic unit, the loan agreement is also cancelled when the purchase is cancelled.

1. Return items in original packaging with all components to avoid damage.
2. Avoid using freight forward services for returns.
