What makes a bucket hat different?
A bucket hat has a brim around the entire crown instead of a visor at the front. That changes its outline from every angle and gives a different feel around the sides of your head. It is a separate style choice, not simply a baseball cap without a closure.

Measure before choosing
Measure around your head just above the eyebrows and ears, keeping the tape level and comfortably against the skin. Compare the result with the range. A nominal 59 cm label does not mean the hat will feel equally snug on every head within the guidance.
If you want a close fit that you can fine-tune throughout the day, an adjustable cap may suit you better. Do not choose a bucket hat smaller than your measurement expecting it to stretch, and do not assume an adult bucket will fit a child just because it looks soft.

Care for the texture and brim
Check the label and use gentle spot cleaning for small marks. Support the fabric while working and avoid hard rubbing that flattens the corduroy texture. Let the hat air dry naturally in its normal shape.

Why does the chart say 59 cm and also 54–59 cm?
59 cm is the nominal label size; 54–59 cm is the confirmed fit guidance. Because this bucket hat is not adjustable, the feel will vary within that range and may be looser on a smaller head.
Can I tighten a bucket hat like a snapback?
Not this model. The Ivory bucket hat has no snap adjustment. If you need that degree of fit control, compare an adjustable Originals cap instead of relying on improvised alterations.
Is a bucket hat suitable for every face shape?
There is no universal rule. Compare the brim width and crown in worn photographs, then decide whether you like that outline on yourself. Your measurement and preferred fit are more useful than a rigid face-shape category.
