How to use a Blackskies discount code

  1. Choose your products and the correct size, then go to checkout.
  2. Enter your code in the discount-code field exactly as supplied.
  3. Apply it and check the updated order total before you pay.
  4. If it does not apply, review the code’s expiry, eligible products, minimum spend, customer conditions and any restrictions on combining offers.

Why a code may not work

Some codes apply only to selected products or customers, some can be used once per customer, and others have an end date. A creator’s code, a personal service code and a general promotion may have different conditions. The terms supplied with your offer determine its use.

A code listed on another website may be expired or unsuitable for your basket. If you received an offer directly from us and need help, contact support with the offer details before completing your order.

Can I combine two discount codes?

Only if the specific offers allow it. Check the terms and confirm the discount shown at checkout rather than assuming that multiple codes will stack.

What is the Blackskies newsletter welcome discount?

New customers can use BLACKSKIES10 for 10% off their first order. Join the newsletter below, choose your products and apply the code at checkout. The welcome discount can be used once per customer. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email.

Is a discount code the same as a gift card?

No. A discount code reduces an eligible purchase according to its terms. A gift card represents a monetary balance and has its own redemption conditions.

Choose the right cap before chasing an offer

Use the Cap Guide to compare collections, check the size guide and explore gift ideas. The right fit matters more than a code that does not suit your purchase.

Why is BLACKSKIES10 not applying to my order?

Check that you entered BLACKSKIES10 correctly and that you qualify as a new customer. The welcome offer is for your first order and can be used once per customer. Another promotion may affect whether codes can be combined. Review the message at checkout and the order total before paying. If you believe you qualify but the code is rejected, contact our support team with the offer details.
